"80 % of the work is done"

Things are progressing - the drywall builders are almost finished, the painters are ready and the heating will be connected soon. The new building is now on the home stretch. We give you a preview of what is still to come and when we will move in according to plan.

Slowly but surely, it is really taking shape: our new construction. The drywall builders are in the final stages of their work. The painters are ready to apply paint to the walls and ceilings. Then there's the final assembly, the floors and of course the furniture. Our managing director Richard Westerkamp is confident:

We expect to be able to move in during the first quarter of the new year.

But of course, surprises are always to be expected in a construction project of this size. "Especially towards the end of the construction phase, many processes run in parallel, and good coordination and overview are required. But the anticipation of completion is now palpable throughout the team," says Richard Westerkamp.

Warm, warmer, sustainable

Another important step will have been taken when the state-of-the-art pellet heating system can be put into operation in the near future. Then the construction heaters will move out and heating will be without fossil fuels. But the "green" equipment does not stop there. Because preparations are underway for the installation of the solar system on the roof.

Equipment for the production

More good news comes from production: the team has already completely planned the furnishings for the new production facility, coordinated them with the specialist fitter and ordered them. The furniture optimised for this purpose will make the processes even more efficient in the future.

All that remains is to say: we are looking forward to moving in and thus to the next big milestone in the company's history.
