In our FAQs you will find the most frequently asked questions about our website.
1. How do I place an order on the LEAB website?
Orders can be placed on our website using the shopping cart. No registration is required.
Ordering via the website is aimed exclusively at companies as well as authorities and organisations with security tasks. Orders from private individuals are not accepted.
Private customers have the option of ordering from our partner Car Electric.
Please note that all online shop accounts from our old website have been deleted.
On the individual item pages, you can place the products in your shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to shopping basket” button. Any number of various items can be placed in the shopping basket. You can enter the required number of items in the shopping basket.
To start the order, enter the required data including your customer number (starting with D). If you do not yet have a customer number, tick the “I do not have a customer number” box. In this case, we will check your data before confirming your order and create a customer number for you for future orders. Please note that it can take a few days to check and create a customer account.
To complete the order, now click on „Order“.
2. How do I pay for my items?
Payment will be made in the usual way for you: by invoice or prepayment.
3. When will my order be processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a non-binding order confirmation from us to the email address you have provided.
Normally, the order confirmation, with which we formally accept your order, and an invoice will follow on the same working day, but at the latest on the following working day. This completes the order for us and we hand over your order to our shipping service provider.
4. I would like to change my order. How do I do this?
Once it has been placed, there is only a very short period of time to change an order. Please call the order processing department on +49 (0) 4621 97860-130. If the shipment is already on its way to you, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

6. I have received the goods and would like to return them
Since we sell exclusively to businesses within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and assume that you are acting in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract, there is no right of cancellation. Please refer to our General Terms of Sale on this subject.
7. I have received the goods, but the product is defective or faulty
Please fill in the Service order form. Keep the following documents to ready: Order confirmation, delivery note and invoice. To ensure swift handling of a service case, we may need the serial number of the item. You will find this number on the delivery note, on the invoice or on the data plate of the item.
Before returning the goods, you must request a service order, which must be enclosed with the return shipment.
8. I have received a package, but parts of the order are missing or the wrong products have been delivered
Please contact the order processing department immediately on +49 (0) 4621 97860-130. Have the transaction number ready, you will find it on the order confirmation, the delivery note and the invoice. Alternatively, please send an email to email@example.com.
9. My order doesn´t work. Who can I contact?
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the website by telephone on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. You can reach us on +49 (0) 4621 97860-0. You can also contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. What is the watch list?
You can save as many products as you like to your personal watch list. When you visit the website again, the watch list will be available again. The products can be called up directly from the watch list and placed in your shopping basket.
11. Orders from abroad
Orders from abroad are not possible. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If your company has its headquarters abroad or if you require a delivery to be made abroad, please contact our order processing department on +49 (0) 4621 97860-130.
