Article 33 Duty to pass on information on substances in articles
Every supplier of an article that contains a substance that fulfils the criteria of Article 57 and which has been identified in accordance with Article 59 paragraph 1 in a concentration of more than 0.1 percent by mass (w/w) shall provide the buyer of the article with sufficient information available to it for the safe use of the article, with a minimum of the name of the substance concerned.
At the request of a consumer, every supplier of an article that contains a substance that fulfils the criteria of Article 57 and that has been identified in accordance with Article 59 paragraph 1 in a concentration of more than 0.1 percent by mass (w/w) shall provide the consumer with sufficient information available to it for the safe use of the article, with a minimum of the name of the substance concerned.
