Abenteuer & Allrad 2021

With 350 exhibitors and visitors from all over the world, the entire spectrum of the international off-road, caravanning and long-distance travel scene was represented at the Abenteuer & Allrad in Bad Kissingen. We also presented the LPS II developed by our Danish partner Clayton Power.

Exhibition with strong drive

After a stormy start due to the weather, renowned brands such as Volkswagen and well-known manufacturers of motorhomes presented commercial vehicle models of various sizes and designs on almost 2,000 square metres of exhibition space. The topics of self-sufficiency, sustainability and e-mobility were the focus of the event.

More independence and flexibility

In numerous conversations and encounters at the Reimo stand and on the exhibition grounds, the desire for mobile independence - self-sufficiency - was particularly noticeable, according to Ralf-Sören Geike, who was on site as a sales representative for LEAB. Against this background, the LPS II generated a lot of interest and lively enquiries. The LPS II in combination with solar panels comes very close to the ideal of mobile independence. The users of off-road vehicles and motorhomes were impressed by the performance, the low weight and the easy installation of the LPS II.

LPS II: ideal with solar

Again and again, interested parties asked how the charging of the LPS II works via the solar panels and were both surprised and pleased to learn that the LPS II, as an all-in-one solution, is already supplied with a solar charge controller. For users of off-road vehicles with roof tents, it is particularly helpful that the small and light LPS II can be installed and removed in just a few steps, because many vehicles are also used for everyday life after installation and conversion.

One solution to many questions

In addition, the aspects of "doing without gas" and "inductive cooking" were important topics of discussion at the exhibition, which was better attended than ever before, and the advantages of the LPS II as a supplement or alternative for conventional LPG systems in caravans were well highlighted. These include increased safety, flexibility in use, independence and easy handling. The fact that e-bikes can also be charged on the road thanks to the mobile power supply with the LPS II also triggered enthusiastic reactions from visitors to the exhibition and rounded off our presentation.

In the right place at the right time

A tour of the exhibition grounds showed that one or the other of the exhibition vehicles was already equipped with the predecessor model - the LPS - as well as our MelfBox, and that vehicle expanders as well as our customers are very satisfied with our solutions. They are looking forward to many more years of cooperation - as are we, of course! The Abenteuer & Allrad was an all-round successful event and with the LPS II we presented exactly the right product at the right time. We will be happy to come back next year!
